Use your hands...wherever you go...there they are!
Why: Because years of (poorly fitting) shoes, injuries, atrophy (from those darn shoes).
How: 1. Sit comfortably with R leg crossed in figure 4 over Left.
2. Thread fingers from Left hand between toes, from underneath.
3. Breathe and allow those tight toes to realease for a couple of minutes.
4. Repeat on other side and several times a day.
