Elemental Fitness offers tools for efficient movement and encouragment for an empowered active lifestyle.

 

We are designed to move! The practice of Pilates is comprised of a system of exercises with specific objectives that teach the body functional movement and Balance for healthy and dynamic daily living. Core stability and limb flexibility are a prime Focus. 

 

Taking these Pilates movements outside and incorporating them into our alfresco workouts was born of my passion for the outdoors and mental health~this is Functional Movement!

 

The privilege of being on faculty for Body Arts & Science International's teacher training program is a gift~as the saying goes, "a teacher learns twice."
