foundation

Feet are our foundation...first thing that hits the ground when we ambulate.

Our soles’ countless receptors send information to the brain regarding the surface we’re standing on...how hard it is, temperature, stability and the brain takes that information and tells the feet (and then rest of the body) what to do with it. Unless...communication breakdown.

Because...shoes. (How well would you type/scroll/write/paint/_____ if you had oven mitts on most the time? 🤔)

So...imbalances and eventually worse. Except...MOST of the time...we can do something about it!

Collectively, our 2 feet hold about  25% of the bones in the body. Each foot with 33 joints, 26 bones, 19 muscles and over 100 tendons and ligaments to support, provide balance and allow mobility.
