Pilates
Private sessions are designed to best assist you in meeting personalized goals. Whether rehabilitating injury, training for an event, or just being in optimum shape for whatever may come your way--A well rounded workout will be created for you using varied Pilates apparatus.
Private Session Fees:
1 Session: $85
10 Sessions: $750
20 Sessions: $1400

Semi-Private/Group Sessions lessons are designed to use small props, Reformers, Avalon Arm Chairs, and Basi Step Barrels for a well rounded workout.
Semi-Private/Group Session Fees (per person):
1 Session: $55
5 Sessions: $250
10 Sessions: $450


Pilates Policy: Sessions are one hour and there is a 24 hour cancellation policy.
Please bring any doctors notes and other pertinent to first session.




ChiRun in the Park 

 Join us for an hour of ChiRunning on some beautiful trails and finish w/a stretch at the Falls. Must have previous ChiRunning instruction.

Alfresco Class

Alfresco sessions run 60 minutes and include a warm up, intervals of running and hiking and other cardio training drills, as well as strength work done w/bands, kettlebells and weights, as well as using the elements, benches, steps.

Participants are required to engage in a minimum of 2 weekly sessions in order to optimize the results, with a minimum of 5 participants and a maximum of 15 allowed. Sessions run monthly. Drop-ins are welcome at a $25 fee. The hourly fee when participating twice weekly is $20/class and paid 1st class of session.
*Additional workshops are offered regularly to develop better running skills in the ChiRunning® method.

Walking is one of the safest, easiest ways to get into great shape, enjoy the outdoors and lift and enliven your spirits. ChiWalking® makes walking easier on the body and helps improve and eliminate the aches, pains and discomfort of walking incorrectly—creating vibrant health, a strong heart, a flexible body and a focused mind.
Workshops
Learn the ChiRunning/ChiWalking technique during this session. You will be able to incorporate the focuses into your daily practice by the time you leave this workshop.

What does this mean for you? It means that it's now been tried, tested and proven...the technique and form we use is the deciding factor in our running joy. You can run without pain, just learn how to use the proper mechanics, learn how to feel the proper alignment in your own body. Learn to relax in your movement, not work so hard.
