Sessions run 75 minutes and include a long warm up, intervals of running and hiking and other cardio training drills as well as strength work done with bands and using the elements, benches, steps—unless otherwise indicated. Much emphasis is placed on flexibility work and core stabilization as taught in the Pilates method, ChiRunning® and ChiWalking® for energy efficiency and injury prevention. Classes end with pilates or yoga poses for flexibility and a quiet time for meditation and reflection.

Participants are required to engage in a minimum of 2 weekly sessions in order to optimize the results, with a minimum of 5 participants and a maximum of 15. Sessions are paid monthly for $20 per class, ie: 8 sessions (4 weeks) for $160 or 12 sessions (4 weeks) for $240. Drop-ins are welcome for a $25 fee.

*Additional workshops are offered monthly to develop better running skills in the ChiRunning® method.
