Sessions consist of 60 minutes of effective strength work done with weights, bands, medicine balls, ladders, the elements, benches, steps and cardio training drills -- and includes recovery periods of ChiRunning® and ChiWalking® as well. Much emphasis is placed on excellent form, flexibility work and core stabilization as taught in the Pilates method, ChiRunning® and ChiWalking® for energy efficiency and injury prevention - and results! Classes end with stretches, pilates or yoga poses for flexibility and a quiet time for meditation and reflection.

No two classes are the same ....keeping the body guessing and insuring against the dreaded "Plateau Effect".

Sessions run monthly with a maximum of 15 participants. Fees paid monthly for $20 per class, ie: 8 sessions (4 weeks). Drop-ins are welcome for a $25 fee.

*Additional workshops/private lessons are offered monthly to develop better running skills in the ChiRunning® method.
