What is Elemental Fitness?

Our vision is for each participant to take pleasure in their evolving journey towards true physical fitness and connection of the mind, body & spirit, enhanced by the peace-inducing elements of nature and led by truth.

Our mission is to offer an environment of support and well-researched information that will provide each individual the tools for their personal goals of true health in the areas of body, mind & spirit. This is elemental fitness; based on sound practice and focused on developing body awareness and cultivating a positive outlook

Our belief is that nature and its green space draws us into a place of focus and a state of relaxation that many of us lack in our daily lives.

Our hope is for participants to emerge from each session with a sense of grounding, well-being, accomplishment and a refreshed perspective with which to take on the day.

We are available for 1:1 training sessions, semi-private, group outdoor training, ChiWalking® and ChiRunning® workshops, as well as Pilates instruction ( contact us for details).
